VinFast VF e34 electric SUV in Malaysia
VinFast, a Vietnamese automaker, may be the next to introduce its electric cars to Malaysia. This is based on many reports of our team member seeing the brand's VF e34 electric SUV recently spotted in Malaysia.
The VF e34 we saw at Petronas Penchala Link is a right-hand drive (RHD) vehicle, despite Vietnam being a left-hand drive (LHD) market. Though this may sound strange, keep in mind that VinFast has previously introduced the VF e34 in Indonesia and is getting set to do the same in Thailand later this year.
During our interaction, we didn't see any staff members in or around the car. But according to nearby auto shop Careta, the EV was earlier seen being driven by someone sporting a VinFast jersey.
The massive Vietnamese automaker hasn't yet revealed any concrete plans for the Malaysian market.
