AI Platform Scams in Malaysia
According to Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil, an artificial intelligence (AI) platform would be developed to assist consumers in vetting the information they are given, avoiding false information, and combating fraud and scams.

Furthermore, he said, 1,878 "Madani communities" nationwide can serve as Biar Betul! agents, acting as the first line of defense against misinformation, reversing misconceptions, and verifying information with the ministry to guarantee that information is distributed to the community in a systematic way.
According to Fahmi, the issue is being treated seriously because, according to MCMC data, about 80% of the content downloaded up until April was fraudulent, including online gambling and advertising.
He had earlier stated in his address that the Madani philosophy, which emphasizes the development of a civilized society, mutual understanding, and togetherness, is closely aligned with the Jom Baca Bersama 10 Minit program's theme of "Reading Preserves Unity."
