Process

In a glass bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave. Until everything is smooth and pourable, process in 15-second increments while stirring in between. It should take one to two minutes.

Pour some chocolate into the mold and smooth the melted chocolate around the molds, ensuring that it is thick enough around the edges and sides, using the back of a spoon or pastry brush.

To set, place the molds in the refrigerator for thirty minutes or the freezer for five to ten minutes.

After a few minutes of setting, remove them and add more chocolate, either by brushing or spooning it on the top borders to make it thicker.

After allowing it to be fully set, carefully remove the chocolate dome from the mold and place it on a chilled dish.

An empty dish should be warmed, but not cooked, in the microwave for 30 to 1 minute. To melt the edges, take one chocolate dome and set it on the plate for a few seconds.

Working quickly, turn it over and add micro marshmallows, 1 tablespoon of hot cocoa powder, and any additional toppings you choose.

Melt the edge of another dome on the heated pan. Form a sphere out of the two domes and hold it there until it is sealed.
